    We encourage as much involvement from you as you wish to have, alternatively, we can deal with all this for you, giving you a hassle free experience. Either way, you will be encouraged to decide how you have your support and when you want your support to happen and you will be given a choice of support staff.

    However you pay for your support, we will help you make the choice of how to manage your budget with us.

  • Free Induction Time
    We know how important it is to find the right person to support you. Your first meeting with our support worker will be free of charge.

  • No Hidden Costs
    We have a ‘no hidden costs’ philosophy - our hourly rates are clearly communicated, kept as low as possible and agreed up-front with the local authority.

  • More Than Just Support
    As well as helping to find the right support, we can offer creative support solutions, such as shared support and group activities, thus reducing the cost. We currently support groups of people to play football, socialise and even learn about living independently.
