About

About Us

As a community owned social enterprise, we offer a unique opportunity for people to have a real say in the support they use.

Anyone using our services, along with their families and carers, are encouraged to get involved. This involvement can be as much or as little as you like - from giving us feedback, to becoming a director and helping run the company.

As part of our commitment to our community, we actively recruit people who have personal experience of receiving support, to work within the Support Horizons office.

Our values and ethics are evident in everything we do - everyone who works for the Support Horizons team is interviewed and selected by someone with experience of receiving support themselves. Our induction training is designed
and facilitated by people who receive support, and we make sure everything we do is done in an inclusive and user-led way.

We have been described by our customers as innovative, friendly and genuinely interested in providing a good service to the people who really matter – the people who use our support.
