Frequently Asked Questions

How do we get started?
Just give us a call or send us a message online to arrange a call back to discuss your needs. After talking with you on the phone, we will carry out an assessment to determine your support requirements – either at your home or our office in Wokingham. We offer a flexible bespoke service so you can choose how you would like to meet your support worker(s). Our aim is to create an established team of regular support workers, so you’ll always know who’s coming.

What’s the minimum support time you provide?
We do a minimum of 2 hour calls.

How will my support be organised?
You will have a dedicated coordinator and dependent on the needs of your service you may also have a Lead Support Worker to manage your team of support workers.

Which geographical area do you cover?
We operate mainly in Wokingham, Bracknell and Reading.

Are my support workers checked?
Yes we carry out enhanced DBS checks on all our staff. In addition to this all our staff are interviewed and we follow up on two references.

Do you support people with autism?
Yes, we support adults with:
  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
  • Mental health
  • Older people
  • Dementia
Do you run social groups and activities?
